Are my workouts customized?
Yes, here at Healthy with Halle, I program unique workouts that are suitable and compatible for your needs and preferences. Each workout is designed to ensure progress in the gym and track your weights, reps, and sets.
How do nutrition plans work?
Personalized nutrition plans tailored to your unique needs and goals. Meals such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided. Snacks and sweet treats are included as well! Offered are weekly and monthly plans.
How do I track my progress?
Through the coaching app Everfit, I will keep progress photos, and make sure to have check-ins to see what we need to adjust or change if needed. Leave the tracking to me and all that you need to do is follow the program!
